2003 johnson 90hp piston sleeve

I have a 2003 90hp johnson that broke a piston ring which scared the piston & sleeve. I have all the new parts & have old piston out , but was trying to figure out the best way to get the old sleeve out & new one in. Any help ?
 
Probably best left to a shop that specializes in that type of work.

The idea is to get the sleeve really cold, and the block really hot. Since aluminum expands more when heated than iron, put the whole thing in the oven for awhile, then chill down the sleeve quickly with an ice pack or something. Same for getting the new one back in. Block in the oven, sleeve in the freezer. It sounds easier than it is though. Everything needs to be lined up before it grabs.
