Problem ! Bf15a honda 4 stroke

Hi i think i have a problem with my honda 4 stroke bf15a 1987 model
it is pumping water like a fire engine out of the pee hole but is only spurting
out of the exhaust is this something to worry about or is this normal the water that is coming out of the pee hole is luke warm i have just bought it and this is the first time i have run it since i got it starts ok runs ok
 
This is normal. What you are seeing is the exhaust relief port.

Most of your exhaust comes out through your propeller.
