prop shaft seals 92 120hp

Remove the 4 screws holding the bearing carrier, pull out the carrier and change the seals.
It is advisable to change the 4 screws with seals when re-installing.
Note how far in the rear seal is pressed into the carrier, and be sure the new one gets at the same location.
Installing the inner seal to close to the needle bearing, you loose lubrication of the bearing!!!
 
Sometimes I managed to knock it out with a slide hammer, sometimes I needed the puller and sometimes a lot of heat in addition!
It all depends.
Been in salt water, probably a puller is needed.
