I have a Paragon Marine Transmission that is on a 4 cylinder GMC engine. I believe it is one of the smaller Paragon transmissions. When I first start the engine, the boat surges strongly forward for a few seconds eventhough it is definately in neutral. Once the engine has been run for a minute or two and you turn it off and re-start the engine the transmission doesn't surge anywhere near as badly and almost not at all. Does anyone have any ideas why the transmission would be surging like that? Thank you ! Tom Mountford
