need outboard rebuilder - suggestions please

I've got a 1996 130 HP v-4 looper Evinrude that I need to have rebuilt.

I'd like to ship the bare powerhead out although I suppose an exchange is ok if I can track done a Quality source at a reasonable price.

Please chime in with whom you suggest. I'm in the northeast , but anywhere is fine.

I'd prefer a direct rebuilder, since they tend to have better prices - but I'm all ears!

I'm looking to everything but the rebuild.
