raw water cooling pump removal 1999 5.7

1999 volvo penta 5.7 GSI PWTRCE

okay, one of the four brass bolts holding the raw water pump together broke off. So I removed the other three and opened it up....my questions is how do I get the whole pulley asembly off of the crank shaft. its part number is 21214596
I know it would be much easier to drill out the broken bolt if I could remove the entire raw water assembly

This should be your raw water pump, or very similar.
The entire # 1 piece should unbolt from the harmonic balancer.
I sure don't care for this, and if I owned one, I'd find a way to replace the double shiv, and use a Johnson Crankshaft pump instead.
Same basic volume, same basic configuration.... but certainly more serviceable.... and certainly less expensive!

I have everything off except for the piece number one, do you know how to remove this piece? I dont know how it is being held on
