Torque for the bolts on the cylinder head

Hi!
I've just replaced my cylinder head gasket. Now I need to know how hard I'm supposed to tighten the cylinder head bolts? (Forgive me for my bad english, I am from Sweden

)

Please write the torque i Nm, if U can.
