454 Coolant Question

Hello, new boater here. 1986 36 Tiara,

I see my coolant recovery tank levels are a little low. Do I add straight or do I cut with distilled water? what ratio? I also have a 8k Westerbeke, which I read on their website, to use a 50/50 mix, sound right?

If the HX has a 50/50 concentration in it now, you can add 50/50 to the bottle. If you need to adjust what the HX's concentration is, what you add to the bottle can help somewhat.

I usually run at a bit less than 50% antifreeze because it transfers heat a bit better.
