carb problems

to the first question no that is not your idle adj screw, the idle adj is on the left back top of the carb. the 2nd picture is the idle adj screw. how to adj? screw it in lightly until it bottoms out, then back it out 1 1/2 turns. crank motor if will not crank come out one half turn. try again, let motor warm up and them adj screw until motor runs smooth, once running smooth adj screw in (lean) until motor coughs, back screw out one eight of a turn, should be ready to fly.
 
I would like to know why my boat motor is smokes when i turn the throttle up. It smell like its running to rich (gas&oil) how do i fix that or is it normally it runs like that. please help me out somebody

turn the idle screw all the way clockwise, back out 1 and 1/2 turns, start the motor, if no start turn 1/2 turn more,
once motor starts, let it warm up. slowly turn the screw in (lean) until the motor starts to cough. back the screw off 1/8 turn.

you motor will smoke, run good gas and good oil and it will somke less.
