Im so Close but Yet so FAR away

OK I finally got my motor to start up and it revs but will not idle, I have concluded the problem lies within the carb. It is getting fuel from the pump which is new high octane fuel with all new filters. What are my options to work this out, this boat sat for 7 years so Im sure its gunked up but it fired right up after I replaced all the parts previously stated. How difficult is it to rebuild? Plz all suggestions are appreciated
 
If it sat for seven years, I don't think type matters if the fuel varnished up in the internal ports.

if you are asking, likely you've never been inside one and I'd suggest NOT making this your first overhaul. In this case, a rebuild by a pro would be in order. Another option would be to find another one and rebuild it. Last option would be a reman unit - just my thoughts on it.
