#2 cylinder not firing1974 75hp

74 chrysler 75 hp, the #2 cylinder is not firing, i pulled the float bowl an it is getting gas, i put in new plugs, started eng, pulled the plugs, # 2 looks like it just came out of the box. any thoughts, thanks

Could be the float needle is stuck.Check the diaphram in the fuel pump.Crap in the carb.Ethanol is messing up a lot of motors.It's delaminating the inside of older hoses causing clogs in the carbs and fuel filter.Check for soft hoses and junk in the filter on the motor.Check the diaphram J

getting gas to the cylinder, getting fire, but the spark plug looks clean, the spark plug is wet with gas, is it possible that the float is set wrong? if so what is the procedure for setting the float

Try the public library they have all kinds of manuals.They can get what you need.
A Clymer manual will show but a factory manual is best.J
