Volvo Penta AQ131A - NO Spark

I have a Volvo Penta AQ131A/275, that is not getting any spark. I have Changed the Spark plugs, the Selenoid, the points and the rotor. I have had it out once and got stranded, it took awhile to start, got it running, then shut it-self down and wouldnt start since. Any ideas?
 
Throw a wire between the + side of coil and 12+. This "hotwires" the ign system. Crank it and see if it starts. If it does the only way to turn it off is pull the end of the wire. Now you know the dist. is good. Start looking at the wires from the ign switch and the ign. switch.

What is "12+"?
