Merc hasn't put together a "kit" for this yet but all the components are available as individual items.

The cost for all the guts is about 70 bucks, a complete new pump is about 120.

So kinda depends how you value your time. It could simply be a 9 dollar inner diaphram, but if you can't figure whats wrong (end up replacing all the guts) then maybe the "ready to bolt on" complete unit is the way to go.

Only you can decide...
