Have an older Westerbeke 4.0BCG gas genset and been having a problem where when hit the starter where just get a click, but doesnt turn over, may take a dozen or more times for it to catch and turn over and start. Other times will just turn right over first try and start. Had the starter rebuilt and seemed a little better but then back to same old.
Any other thoughts?
