Odd fuel burn / Floscan reading?

Yesterday while running boat noticed when accelerated from 2900 to 3200 or so the Floscan would move up to about 24gph per engine (normally does this) and then drop the port side would drop very quickly back to around 14 gph but would take the starboard side about 20-30 seconds to start coming back down.

Dont remeber it acting this way before. Any thoughts?
 
Thanks Jeff, might be obvious question but on which side? Also thinking will start by looking at hose clamps, any other suggestions.
