Need ideas on removing my engine

You guys haven't lived 'til you change motors in a Sedan style boat with a sliding glass door in the way! Those open deck jobs with the motor sitting right there are a breeze!

The I beam is 4" steel. Took two of us to wrestle it up there as at 14" it weighes a couple hundred lbs. Thge oil pressure was at almost zero after warming up at idle. Thus the search for my goof up beguins. On the off chance there is a double post I will apologise now. Have a good weekend!
