EFI running lean?

What would cause a EFI engine to run lean? I am guessing that it would be a sensor issue? Scan of engine shows no trouble codes. I long for the simple screws of a good ol' carb....
 
A sensor issue or a restriction in the fuel delivery system are viable candidates.

Did you examine the input sensors' data values? Erroneous values delivered to the ECU that are 'wrong' but still within the design range will NOT set any codes. The classic example is the coolant temp sender that indicated 50 degrees when the coolant is actually 170 deg. this will shift the fuel delivery to a "rich" point on the operating curve.
