Find new neck for 'Raw' water reservoir in early model AQ140.

This evening the cap blew off the raw water reservoir and broke the neck piece that it screws onto. So I'm looking for a new or used piece for it.
See two photos attached. Would like to find a place to order parts.

You'll have to get one from your VP dealer, as (to the best of my knowledge) they don't make them aftermarket. The Volvo Penta part number for the strainer housing is 831909, and it costs aroud $180. Yeah, I know, the price is outrageous for a piece of plastic: been there before.
