just want run 1999 150hp

i've got this 150 Johnson, 99 model. i have to pump the fuel bubble tight each time before it starts,i run for minute or two and go dead. then right back to the bubble. what' my problem?:)

If the engine runs normally as long as you pump the fuel primer bulb, that would indicate that the fuel pump is faulty.
