Mercruiser Stern Drive Vibrations

I own a 2003 190 Hp Mercruiser Stern Drive that has developed a strange noise. While in Idle Speed I hear an intermittent squeak that ounds like and engine mount. When I accelerate I feel a vibration coming from the stern. Any ideas. This is something that has just started within the last week.
 
No, it is fine. I inspected it yesterday when I put in at our slip in the Marina. I purchased a stainless steel prop when I bought the boat to try to avoid the damage that can take place with aluminum props.
 
Not sure where the squeak could be coming from, maybe the belt(s)? .....or alternator?

The vibration could be coming from a loose motor mount, have you checked them?

Vibrations could also come from the u-joints, or the gimble bearing. To check the u-joints and gimble bearing, the stern drive needs to be removed.
