1961 10hp evinrude HELP

Any machine shop or propeller repair shop can heli arc that skeg OR you could patch it with gray "Marine-Tex".
 
ebay has some aluminum welding rods you use with a propane torch they are a boaters life saver i used them to add some extra hydrofoils to my little 7.5 evinrude to help it plane better and they work like a dream you dont have to be a welder to use them, i carry a few of them with me when we go to lake just in case
