Warning horn constantly sounding when running at 4000 rpm ..............cooling water pressure and temperature through tell tale and engine head temperature is normal...... have changed the temperature sender and tested the oil level sensor ok.............warning horn is still sounding................why and what's next to check please?

Unhook the sensor leads one at a time to see "what" is yelling at you.

If you still get the horn with both disconnected, replace the warning module....

As in the warning horn module within the remote control?

Thanks, I'll check the temperature sender and oil sensor leads to see if I can isolate which one is complaining......

Normally it's just the horn itself in the control.

There is a (box) on the powerhead (follow the wires from the oil sensor). It can go as well and give you a "false alarm"...
