? Gale Sovereign Outboard Motor 60 HP

Can anyone tell me what year this particular motor is? The serial number is 797339 and the model number is 60DE10BL. Are original service manuals specific to this motor available? Thanks for your help. David:)

The only thing I found was a mention in Peter Hunn's "The Old Outboard
Book" That Gale made the Sovereign Line in 1963.
Go to the Antique Outboard Motor Club's web site and follow the prompts
to the "Ask a Member" board and ask there.
