Even though I have primed, I have to inject starting fluid or another flamable item into front of carburetor cover before cold motor will initially start. I can continually kill and restart o.k. unless I let motor set a few minutes. Then I have to repeat the procedure. I have noticed, after motor has been running, then killed, with tilt up, a little fuel mixture drips from front of carburetor cover. My choke seems to work great. Anybody have suggestion as to what my problem is? The motor runs great once it is started.

Yes. Once motor starts, I can restart it instantly and repeatedly unless I let it set for awhile. I have new plugs. My concern is the fuel mixture which appears to be coming from the carburetor when the motor isn't running and it is tilted upward. It drips. It is as if it loses its prime internally in the carburetor although the prime bulb is full. Choking does no good. Thanks for your thought.

Trim the mtr all the way in once, use your choke and see how it starts.
