Last month I 've purchased a 97 DT 65 engine. Can not make it to run good ever since. Initially the problem was that the engine could not rev up 2000RPM.
Completely overhauled the carbs. Checked float height OK
Replaced fuel lines
Replaced Fuel line Filter
Replaced Fuel Pumps Diaphragms
Set Iddle adjusting screws and Pilot air screws according to manual.
Linkage lengths checked.

Engine is iddling good after the overhauling abt 650RPM.

WOT is OK 5350RPM

Problem.
When I am passing 2000~3000RPM engine is not happy. It stalls and dies. I have to give more throttle in order to quickly pass this range. Speed can be maintained from 3800RPM up to WOT.

The Throttle response is quite low.

QUESTIONS
Is there any other way to SYNC carbs apart from just turning the pilot air screws, same amount of turns?

PLEASE HELP
