" A friend of a friend recently gave me a 7.5 hp Evinrude outboard that he thinks dates to 1982 (model number looks to be E8RCNR, serial number looks like E0022590). I am told that it is in great shape mechanically EXCEPT for a throttle assembly that has been completely removed. Does anybody know where I can find these parts and where I can obtain an engine schematic that will help me put it back together? Any help will be greatly appreciated. "
