I think it's a 1963 10HP. please confirm

10302E would be the model number for a 1963 10 hp. Is that it ?

I looked again and it is a 10302D, assume the D is a production date of some type.
So it is a 63 model 10hp. any idea what fuel mixture is?

24/1..... 1 quart of TCW-III 50/1 oil to 6 gallons of gasoline. A octane rating of 87 will be fine.
