Shift cable attachment

Anyone with a picture of the shift cable attachment at the transmission? I know that a bracket is needed but I don't know what kind of bracket and where it does bolt on the transmission so the cable is aligned with the end of the cable attaching to the shifting arm on the tranny.

This is an inline drive using the "forward entry" method for installing the cable.
