I have just gotten my boat out of storage and am gettn it ready for the summer. I had it fired and idling in my driveway and now its seeming to not get fuel. tank, lines, and primer are fine so the problems under the cowl. what can I check short of pulling the oil tank to get to the carbs and fuel filter? I'm pretty sure its not the filter cuz I have an in line filter post primer. Any suggestions would be greatley appreciated. 2002 mercury 40hp
