smothers out after reach plane, have replaced all fuel lines,tank ,filters, rebuilt carbs, fuel pump, still have same problem, Ray

the engine starts and runs fine hot or cold, but when gun it and you get to top speed( on plane) it will go about 300 yds and smother as if running out of fuel, pull back to idle idles fine and about 5 min it'll run up again and do the same thing, at the same time it's doing this it will skip. you can pump the primer bubble on tank and it will change the running but not enough to do correctly. I have rebuilt carbs,fuel pump, replace fuel tank all lines and filters,,,,,don't know where to go with this, Thanks
 
Have good compression, new plugs, have replace fuel lines and rebuilt fuel pump, as well as fuel tank, been through carbs and recheck to see if there could be more trash.
