2004 TAMD75P - loss of revs

Launched boat for season and it ran great for first trip out and again the following day. Came back to boat the following weekend to go for a family tour down the lake and one engine would only pull 1100 rpm on acceleration. Bled fuel line at secondary filter manifold, still same issue. Had a friend come down with his pressure gauges and found that the bad engine had 10psi less pressure (12-15psi) at filter manifold than good engine (25-30psi). Checked for air in fuel at bleeder screw while engine running and no air noticed. Concluded problem was a faulty lift pump. So ordered one and installed it, bled lines again, went for a test ride and SAME PROBLEM!

Spent last night testing fuel lines. We did manage to get 40 psi at filter manifold with lift pump directly connected to a jerry can. When we moved jerry can back to Racor the problem reappeared. Then went to outlet side of Racor and hooked up to jerry can...problem perssisted. We have now concluded that fuel line from Racor to lift pump is faulty. I am going to pick up new fuel line after work today and try it out.

Has anyone had a similar issue with same vintage/model engine? Does anyone have any other suggestions to causes?

We did check the turbo as well and there is some carbon in the outlet tube but the turbo is rotating freely.
Also, the hull and props are clean to best of my knowwledge. They were clean going in a few weeks ago and no rocks or debris encountered since.

the tamd 75 is edc controled, have you checked your diagnostic light on the active station panel, sounds as tho your engine is in limp home mode not a fueling issue, hold down the D button on the control for 3 secs and let go, a flash code will appear notify you of what fault is showing, if it flashes one then a gap then one it means no codes, but if it flashes more then youve got a fault, hope this helps
