The carburater leaks through a hole on the starboard side of the motor . This is a shallow hole . I am not sure if it is threaded [next step] . It appears to be 3/16" .
I just got this motor .It is a 1993 and has been sitting for a while . It runs .
I am not sure if this is a hole to bleed air and the screw is out ? :confused:.Thanks ,

I think you have misquoted the model number. A '93 model will contain the letters ET
I suspect J6RLETB, or J6RLERE for a 1994 model

THIS DIAGRAM will ID all the parts of the carb for you
together with the PARTS LIST

Perhaps the carb is flooding due to the float sticking or the needle valve not seating
