318 valve covers

i bought new 318 valve covers from summit but they dont have the extra hole in the top of both for the 2 brether valves, how critical are they and where do i find the right valve covers?
 
They're critical for keeping internal pressure regulated. Without them, you could blow out gaskets, etc. A secondary benefit is that they can also keep condensation at a minium.....which is especially important in a marine motor.
