2 Stroke Mercury 2004 75 / 90 hp

I have a 2004 mercury 75hp 2 stroke.What are the differences, and what would be involved making it a 90hp. All spec sheets show same engine arrangement, bore/stroke etc. Is it simply rejetting and new exhaust chamber?

More time and $$$ than it's worth. Seriously. Usually it's in the tuner, carbs and porting. Want to mess with any of those?
