Head bolt torque

1980-82 Mariner EL 50. Lives in Sweden. Popped the head off of a head bolt, had to bore a new hole next to the old one to set a new bolt. (Yes I tried to drill it out and use an easy out and about anything anyone who seriously thinks MacGyvver could learn something from them about improvising).

New bolt placement is about halfway through the bolt path of the old bolt hole, but I broke several Titanium bits trying to drill out the old bolt. I am putting in a stainless heat treated bolt in the new hole and want to get the torque as close to spec as possible with the hope that moving the hole +/- 1/4 inch won't give reason for the head to warp.

Head bolt torque spec please?

If you split the crankcase the torque is 150in lb(20Nm), if,as I think, you are talking about the block cover, the torque is 70in lbs (7Nm)
