Hey folks. This will probably be a simple answer for you but here goes. I have a new pull-start 25 hp 2-stroke and am near the end of the 10 hour break-in. It is difficult to start the cold engine. After minimal warm up, it starts like a dream. A half pull is enough. But initially, it will take 25-50 pulls.
I am not very experienced and can't tell if it doesn't have fuel or spark or if it's flooded.
I have NOT been pumping the primer bulb on my tank until tight because I was afraid of flooding. Perhaps I should.
Any input?
