My engines always require the exact size and capacity as whatever West Marine happens to have on sale when my old battery fails. (Running 225 Johnsons with West's $50-$70 Group 24 Marine batteries.) Never had an issue yet.

My one guide suggests a minimum of 350 CCA with 100 mins of reserve capacity.

I don't have a direct conversion into MCA, but it would be somewhere in the 500-550 MCA range.

The conversion itself is dependant on air temperature and each battery will be a little different...

Note that too big a battery is not to recommend, you will never get it fully charged and just shorten the life time of your battery.
I would recommend a max of 60/75 Ah battery for that engine, any type will do, the best are the cheapest lead acid types.
If in demand for more amp-hours due to electronics etc install 2 (2 x 45/60)with a separator switch rather than one bigger (90/110Ah).
Keep one for engine only, the other for accessories.
