Hi Gang,
I'm working on a boat with twin carbed small block Crusaders of 2003 vintage. Both motors appear as new and both starter motors are painted Crusader blue. I noticed that the Stb or opp. rotation motor cranks slower than the port motor, but cranks ok. The slower cranking Stb. motor has a much smaller starter motor. Whats up? Does'nt GM make a large opp. rotation starter? Or is it that when turning a motor in the opp. direction it's normal to crank slower than the standard rotation motor?
Thanks Guys,
Jon Allen
