I searched a few sites and asked a few friends what the dripping from my raw water pumps was from. I found out there are "weep holes" that drip when the seals go bad. I found the some information on the Volvo Penta USA parts site and took it upon myself to change the seal... the attached photos may help someone with the same problem.
