Rusty spark plug

Good day to you all

While I was checking my engine I have noticed one of the spark plugs is rusty any idea why is that?

Where is it rusty, on the tip, or on the outside edges where the socket grabs. If it is where the socket grabs, it is probably just moisture build up.
