Water and oil are mixing. I did a compression test and leak down test. All cylinders were between 200 and 205 psi. Does anyone have a clue where the water is coming from?
My first thought was a blown head gasket or cracked head but I can't figure out what's going on with it.
Also, what is Service bulletin #56 with the exhaust tubes?

Re: Honda 200 Water in Oil

Service Bulletin #56 covers the problem with water ingestion into the exhaust tubes which blows the HO2 sensors and may cause water ingestion into the cylinders. It is too big to post, so send me an e-mail at [email protected] and I will send you a copy. If you have that problem, the first indicator is that your HO2 sensors will fail.

As for oil in the water, there have been several previous discussions about that problem on this forum. So check those thoroughly. I am on the road, so do not have access to my shop manual or notes. I believe Jimmy Dixon and Mike the Hondadude have addressed the issue.
