1997 4.3 vortec parts - 350 chev?

Hi, rebuilding a 1997 model 4.3 V6 vortec engine which i was given some parts missing/ broken and was wondering if anyone could confirm that the chev 350 connecting rods and the pushrods are the same? if not can anyone tell me the part numbers or where i might find them. Also is there a diagram somewhere that shows how the cooling system for a fresh water cooling system goes? many thanks, Richard.

Richard, you are no doubt having machine work performed, including rod re-sizing and piston/rod fitting. While I'm fairly certain that same year model parts may interchange, this is a question for your machinist, IMO.
