I just recently bought a Nissan NS8B 2003 8hp 2-stroke and I'm having some trouble getting it to run right. I have it running in a bucket on a stand, and I have the fuel mixed a little heavy @ 50/1. She starts right up and seems to run ok at idle but as I bring it to full throttle, it runs rough and can't maintain rpms. When I bring it back down to idle it dies but can be started up on a few pulls.
Spark plugs appear fine but wet, not sure how many turns the air/fuel screw should be from bottom nor am I sure about what ratio I should mix the gas.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
