Corrosion Protection System 2001 5.7

Just replace the corrosion protection system on my 2001 V/P 5.7 GXI-C DPS. The old electronic unit had a single light that blinked when power was supplied. The new module has 4 light to indicate if the drive is protected. When I powered it up I had no light indication. It states in the manual that it takes about a week to work properly. My question is should I see a indicator light go on when power is connected? Boat is on land ready to launch
