"Parsun's are almost 100% Yamaha parts assembled in China.

A Yami manual will most likely be the closest you will get to an actual "factory" manual on these models - plus Yami parts will fit exactly 99% of the time (although I believe that Tohatsu is creeping into the "generic" market now)...

The lack of parts and tech support for Parsun's, Sail and the 4 or 5 other brands these are marketed under is the reason why they are about half the cost of the "branded" outboards from which they were copied - most dealers consider these as "disposable" motors...."
