"TAMD40, temperature warning alarm comes on at 180F....sometimes even at 150F....?? I have tried disconnecting the sensor, but even with sensor disconnected high temp alarm comes on??? Sometimes alarm doesnt come on all day, all is normal. Other days, alarm comes on every 5 minutes or so, regardless of the temperature. I have to cycle the key (OFF, then back ON) to reset it.
Checked motor with IR gun, its running cool never over 180F. I can rest my hand on the turbo exhaust cover and keep it there while the motor is cruising."
