Boat Leans when planed out

I have 1987 starline I bought

I have 1987 starline I bought a year ago It rides fine but when my girlfried goes out with me (she ways 30 pounds less than me) the boat leans to the passenger side. Steering is also allways a little harded to turn right. It has manual steering.It has an alpha one outdrive. It has a little wear on the drivers side Gimball ring shoe/wear pad. The other wear pads has zero wear. I believe the skeg has been replaced because it has the small flat bottom about 1/2 inch wide and about 2 inches in length. My searay alpha 2 went to a point. I have seen boats (where we camp) at the boat yard some with one some without. Any Information would be wonderful Thanks

Ayuh,... Sounds like some serious wear or damage to the transom assembley...
Pivot pins,..??
