I have a kompressor that seize

I have a kompressor that seized.It lay up for a long time and that may be why it seized.Is there any way this could be fixed without a large cost?
There was also a noise out of the bearing.
 
it is possible to strip these down, have you tried to free it off, has the gearing got oil in the back of the compressor, the noise you probably heard is from the inner belt tensioner. let know how you get on
