Installation of Oil pressure and Temperature sending units 2008 90 hp

"I have a 2008 Mercury 90 hp 4 stroke outboard, I need to install the sending units but I do not know where they go on the engine. Any ideas about how and where to install would be greatly appreciated"

I am not sure if you can. There should be two idiot lights on a panel. Thats all. I will see what I can find out.

"The wiring harness coming out of the control box had wires color coded and marked, Temp gauge and Oil pressure gauge, so I installed the gauges and hooked up the wires, but there are no readings on either,I also wired the Tach and the trim gauges and they work fine, from that I assumed that the sending units are not installed on the motor. Sure hope you find out something, little crap like this drives me up the wall, I know I have the warning buzzer for engine temp but I still would like to have a visual reading. I am not sure I have any warning signal for improper oil pressure."
