"I have a 1993 force 90hp outboard engine. It can't start. Compression test, ignition timing, spark fire, fuel system , all are ok! new spark plugs. but can't start. Who can help me"
 
"If you have spark and fuel it

"If you have spark and fuel it should at least sputter. If not re-check spark and fuel...carbs are a place to spend some time, may need to be taken apart and cleaned if layed up for a long period."
